To subordinated Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications the monitoring Center and managements a public communication network (TsMU SSOP) develop own database, allowing to compare IP addresses with their approximate location, writes newspaper "Kommersant".
