To the lieutenant Onuchin Maxime and to the sergeant Gorshkov Pawel the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest till December 29 is chosen. Such decision was made by Dzerzhinskoe district court of the Nizhny Tagil city of the Sverdlovsk region.
