This fall the Falcon experiences serious difficulties with the beginning of a heating season. Because of the tightened repairs hundreds citizens appeared without heat. It proceeded up to October 15. After start of the updated heating system in the main part of apartments hot water was successfully pumped, but some residents continued "to become tempered" forcedly and after repairs.
