On October 25 the secretary of the Kaluga regional office of "United Russia" Party Wladyslaw Shapsha carried out in Kaluga meeting of presidium of political council of regional office of party. At the beginning of a meeting Wladyslaw Shapsha presented to members of the same party of the acting as the head of regional executive committee of party Maksimenko Aleksey.
