State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation prolongs a freezing of payments on the Soviet deposits till 2027

At plenary session on October 25 State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted the bill which provides a suspension till 2027 of action of the law of basic cost of a necessary social set that means a delay of compensation payments on the Soviet deposits in the first reading. It is a question of deposits in Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" which contained there till June 20, 1991, deposits under contracts personal insurance, and also in the state securities of the USSR and Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in the territory Russian Federation till January 1, 1992.
