Court transferred to Moscow Region claim the son Alexander Borisovich Gradsky about the right for inheritance

Tver district court of Moscow refused satisfaction civil claims the son Alexander Borisovich Gradsky. Gradsky Daniil declared requirements to the sister Maria and the widow of the actor Marina Kotashenko the right for inheritance. As reports information agency "ITAR-TASS", Gradsky Daniil were decided to transfer the civil claim for jurisdiction for further consideration to Naro-Fominsky city court of the Moscow region. It is noted that before Tver district court of Moscow refused to mother of the claimant – the third wife of the late singer Alexander Borisovich Gradsky – receiving inheritance.
