Council of Bath * and Northeast Somerset together with company Metric Group specializing on intellectual parkings, developed the special decision on collection of a payment for using parkings on the basis of the emissions, directed on improvement of quality of air. This initiative is one of several measures planned by council for improvement of quality of air and reduction of emissions of carbon dioxide in the historical city United Kingdom.
