Cherepovets will posthumously bring a name of senator in the Book of honor Russian Federation, the former mayor Helena Avdeeva. Such decision is made at the next meeting of Municipal duma. Many projects are connected with a name Helena Avdeeva on reconstruction of architectural city monuments, on creation of Victory park, Kvantoriuma and museums, on construction new schools in the 112th residential district, the area at the Palace of metallurgists and the svetomuzykalny fountain and on Sovetsky Avenue improvement.
