Court refused to remove a criminal record about Valery Rashkin on the case of murder of an elk

The communist intends to achieve the decision appeal instance Kuntsevsky district court of Moscow refused satisfaction of the petition of the ex-deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin. In September it appealed to court with the statement for the conditional early release (CER). Rashkin declared to daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" that does not know why court refused to satisfy its petition.
