Studying of a subsoil want to make more available to the domestic companies

To Russian Federation suggested to establish possibility of transition of a right of use of a subsoil for geological studying. The relevant bill is adopted by State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the first reading at plenary session on October 24. In particular, the document provides possibility of transfer of the license for using a subsoil for geological studying without the need for confirmation of property or corporate affairs between investors and users of a subsoil.
