The secretary of state – the deputy minister of defense Russian Federation Nicholas Aleksandrovich Pankov opened the VII film festival of amateur short films and video works "A cadet look" among pupils of pre-university educational institutions of the states – participants of Commonwealth of Independent States in Board of pupils of Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. In 2023 a subject of a film festival became "The teacher – not the film star, but without it there will be no stars".
