Ministry health care Rostov region placed the ex-head in a pre-trial detention center

District court of Kushchevsk of the Krasnodar Territory chose a measure of restraint to the former Minister of Health Rostov Region to Tatyana Bykovskaya on the case of excess of powers of office (p.1 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
