The staff of department the REGISTRY OFFICE of Administration of the Oktyabrsky district of the Kursk region together with the head of the area and the head of Lobazovsky village council congratulated gold heroes of the anniversary Ivan Sergeyevich and Lyudmila Mikhaelovna Spelchuk on 50-year anniversary of matrimonial life.
