To Astrakhan orphan children were given out low-quality housing

Investigators found out that from 2020 to 2022 Agency for Management of Government Property of the Astrakhan region carried out auctions on acquisition of premises in the secondary market of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. During electronic auctions Agency and the commercial organization was concluded by the state contracts. The director of the organization signed delivery-acceptance certificates of 11 apartments.
