According to experts of Anec, the severe drought in the region of Amazon forces the Brazilian exporters of grain to redirect a certain quantity of export freights on the southern port terminals instead of northern ports, reports information agency "Reuters". It should be noted that northern routes which were broken because of difficulties of navigation on the shallow rivers of Amazonia this spring, helped the country to increase corn and soy export for the last years. Anec representing interests of grain traders, including ADM, Bunge, Cargill Closed joint stock company and Cofco COR, refused to specify what companies will redirect freights and their volumes...
