In Ukraine suggested disabled people to be trained free of charge for the sapper

Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine reported that citizens of the country can be trained free of charge on the sapper. In the announcement of department it is noted that disabled people and immigrants can receive new specialty. The voucher will be issued for training in the wishing. The persons having professional, special or highest education are allowed to it. It is emphasized that mine clearing in Ukraine will start conducting before the end of operations.
