"The Pushkin card" from the first class

Deputies Regional Duma of Kostroma suggest to reduce age of participants of the Pushkin Card project. Parliamentarians prepared the corresponding address to the Minister of Culture Olga Lyubimov. Deputies suggest to expand number of participants of the program, having lowered the age qualification from 14 to 7 years. The address was prepared by the Duma Committee on Education, to culture and affairs of archives. Let's remind, deputies accepted the decision to take the legislative initiative at meeting of "a round table" where implementation of the program to Kostroma Region was discussed.
