State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan supported idea about passing of alternative service on defense industry enterprises

State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan will send to State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation an initiative about entering of changes into Art. 24 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 28 March 1998 No. 53-FZ "On military obligation and military service" and Art. 4 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 July 2002 No. 113-FZ "On Alternative Civil Service" according to which it is offered to pass alternative service at the defense industry complex enterprises. The idea was supported by 74 deputies, expressed against nobody. The document was submitted by the vice-chairman of committee of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on legality and a law and order Chubarov Alexander.
