About it it is spoken in the message of companies of October 19. In the press service of the retailer specified that as a result of the transaction "Magnet" will receive 100% LLC "INTERNET RETAIL". The transaction will include all infrastructure marketpleysa KazanExpress, including a technological platform, points of issue of orders, warehouses, vehicle fleet, and also intellectual property.
