On Thursday, October 19, Regional court of Samara started consideration of complaints on arrest of the deputy of council Samarsky rayon and the representative of "A Just Russia" Party Aleksey Mitrofanov. The politician earlier accused under two articles of the Criminal Code. First, it suspect of attempt of commercial bribery. Secondly, Aleksey Mitrofanov imputed article 303 of the criminal code of Russian Federation ("Falsification of proofs").
