Union of builders Irkutsk oblast elected the president Youri Aleksandrovich Shkuropat

Governor of the Irkutsk region Igor Ivanovich Kobzev took part in report-back election meeting of the Union of builders of the region. Its participants reported on a situation in construction branch during the period since October 2022 till October, 2023. Besides, at meeting by the president of the union the honored builder Russian Federation Youri Aleksandrovich Shkuropat was elected.
