The administration Kozmodemyansk will pay compensation for attack of a dog on the child

District court of the Gornomariysky district of the Mari El Republic obliged administration Kozmodemyansk to pay to parents of the child who was injured from a sting of a dog, compensation of moral harm. In April, 2023 in Kozmodemyansk the dog bit the girl for the left foot. The child got injuries and passed out-patient treatment, and also suffered from moral anguish as a result of incident. Prosecutor's office submitted the statement of claim to Gornomariysky interdistrict court, demanding from administration of the city district "City of Kozmodemyansk" compensation of the moral harm done to the child by a sting of a dog.
