Republic of Bashkortostan will offer State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to toughen punishment for closed numbers of cars

Photo: Yakovlev Oleg / daily business newspaper "RBK daily" Republic of Bashkortostan plans to introduce in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill of toughening of responsibility for management by cars without registration number or with modified registration signs. It is offered to make amendments to article 12.2 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation". The bill submitted on committee of Gossobraniye on public safety, to a law and order and judicial questions, as coauthors of an initiative deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from Republic of Bashkortostan Dinar Gilmutdinov and Raphael Mardanshin acted.
