It is established that on October 17, 2023 on the 7th picket of 16 km of a stage of the Art. Ostrovskaya - the Art. Northern, located within Zavodskoy rayon Novokuznetsk, the electric locomotive injured the minor who being in earphones, passed tracks to forbidding signal of the traffic light before coming nearer train.
