Ukraine will not be able to refuse from the external financial helps and is independent to fill up the budget. Ukrainskoye natsionalnoye information company "Ukrinform" declared it the Ukrainian minister of finance Sergei Mikhaylovich Marchenko. He noted that now the ministry considers possibility of introduction of taxes on excess profit of banks, however it, according to him, will not solve a problem.
