To Minpromtorg suggest to approve rules of an expert assessment of the best technologies

Questions of carrying out an expert assessment of the best available technologies suggested to include (NDT) in the sphere of industrial policy. Such bill is approved in the first reading at plenary session of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on October 17.
