Commissioner for Human Rights in of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova reported about reduction of number of complaints arriving to it concerning health protection. The ombudsman connected such indicator with an effective state policy in this sphere. By words Tatyana Moskalkova, from January to September, 2023 to it arrived 1 904 addresses concerning rendering the medical care to the population.
