Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow left without consideration the statement LLC "YurKonsaltGrupp", demanding to declare bankrupt of one of ex-beneficiaries and the former chairman boards of directors Open joint-stock company "Promsvyazbank" Alexei Ananyev, the correspondent of Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" from a court hall reports.
