The decision was cancelled because of reconciliation about LLC "Spetsautokhozyaystvo po uborke goroda" by Komm Alexander fined on 110 thousand rubles, but then exempted from this punishment. Such decision was made by District court of Lomonosovo of Arkhangelsk city of the Arkhangelsk region. In June, 2023 prosecutor's office Pomorze accused the former deputy director of companies which cleans Arkhangelsk, on h. 3st. 160 criminal codes of Russian Federation — in assignment and waste.
