Interdistrict prosecutor's office of the Kanash city of the Chuvash Republic approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the person who is accused of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 264.3 (management by car the person deprived of the right of managements by vehicles and subjected to administrative punishment for act, provided h. 4 Art. 12.7 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences).
