The committee of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on state construction and local government approved the bill which cancels qualification examinations for municipal officials at assignment of cool ranks by it. The question was considered at committee meeting on Monday. Let's remind, the bill was introduced on October 6. It provides modification of Art. 10 of the Code of RT about municipal service.
