Prosecutor's office of the Teguldet district of the Tomsk region directed to court criminal case about illegal cultivation of a narkotikosoderzhashchy plant

Prosecutor's office of the Teguldet district of the Tomsk region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 46-year-old local. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 228 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal storage without sales objective of parts of the plants containing drugs), p.1 by Art. 231 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal cultivation of the plants containing drugs).
