In a staff ALL-RUSSIAN COSSACK ASSOCIATION took place solemn signing of the cooperation agreement between ALL-RUSSIAN COSSACK ASSOCIATION and the State fund of support of participants of SVO "Defenders of the Fatherland". The document on cooperation was signed the ataman by ALL-RUSSIAN COSSACK ASSOCIATION Nikolai Doluda and the chairman of fund  Anna Tsivileva.
