Prosecutor's office of the Malaya Purga district of the Udmurt Republic carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that the employee of the commercial organization which is carrying out delivery of fruit and vegetables, gave to the employee of a distribution network of grocery shops more than 360 thousand rubles for acceptance goods inadequate quality. On this fact prosecutor's office initiated against the commercial organization proceedings on an administrative offense on p.1 Art. 19.28 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (illegal remuneration on behalf of the legal entity).
