The Magnitogorsk nature protection prosecutor in interests of an uncertain circle of people appealed to court with the statement of claim to Municipal unitary enterprise "Blagoustroystvo" about assignment of a duty to eliminate violations of the nature protection legislation. By check it is established that Municipal unitary enterprise "Blagoustroystvo" are carried out by activity on granting to the population of housing-and-municipal services, and also on operation and service of sewer and water supply systems.
