Senator Russian Federation – the representative from Legislative assembly of Penza region Julia Lazutkin noted the key legal acts which have got approval of members Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation during the 552nd plenary session Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
