Vladimir Putin obliged exporters to sell currency revenue. Whether it is worth waiting for ruble strengthening?

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree about obligatory sale revenues in foreign currency which is received by some Russian exporters under the foreign trade contracts. Such decision was made for ruble exchange rate stabilization. Repatriation of revenue is entered for a period of half a year and will concern the separate companies. First of all it is a question of companies fuel and energy complex, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, the chemical and forest industry, and also a grain farm.
