In Republic of Tatarstan municipal officials will relieve of qualification examinations

In Republic of Tatarstan the municipal employee are going to cancel a qualification examination which they pass for assignment of cool ranks. The relevant bill is introduced in State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The draft of the republican law "About Modification of Article 10 of the Code of RT about Municipal Service" prepared the head of committee of the State Council of state construction and local government Albert Khabibullin and the member of the committee Voronova Olga.
