Oryol Region will operate Budget council of finance

Government of the Oryol region decided to create council for management finance. The corresponding order was signed by the acting the governor Tarasov Vadim. The new structure has to balance the budgetary system of the region and create conditions for effective work of local governments. From documents follows that council will be headed by the head of department of finance Helena Sapozhnikova, and her deputy appoint the deputy administrator of department of finance Shakhov Dimitri.
