Prosecutor's office the republics approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former head of the rural settlement "the Village Council Hunzakhsky", accused on h. 3 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud). According to the investigators, in 2015-2020, the head of the Village Council in arrangement to the acquaintance made counterfeit documents on allocation the municipal land plots in the village Zaib of Hunzah district under construction gas station.
