The draft of the model law of Commonwealth of Independent States about organic agriculture

In Tauride Palace meeting of the working group Inter-parliamentary assembly of Participating states of Commonwealth of Independent States on preparation of the model law "About Organic Agriculture" with participation parliamentarians and experts Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russian Federation, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan took place. The model law has advisory nature. Adoption of the document and its implementation in the national legislation of the countries of Commonwealth of Independent States will allow to create legal conditions for formation in the region of the coordinated system of organic productions and to create uniform standards to a turn of organic agricultural products in the markets of the states of Commonwealth of Independent States.
