Ministry industry and trade, Government of the Kaluga region, Administration of the city district Obninsk city and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RKHK" at a forum "Biotekhmed" to Sochi signed the special investment contract (SPIK) on construction production plant radiopharmaceuticals worth 12 billion rubles, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS".
