A fig with poppy the Supreme court the Supreme Court (SC) of the Russian Federation refused to exclude a confectionery additive from the list of drugs Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to Startsev Alexander and to his mother Antipenskaya Helena, demanding to change the approved Government of the Russian Federation lists of drugs. The market dealer of Startsev Alexander demanded to exclude from the list confectionery poppy, for trade which, according to lawyers of the claimant, that was sent to a pre-trial detention center on suspicion in a drug trafficking.
