The Netherlands holding VEON declared that Public joint-stock company "Vympel-Kommunikatsii", owning Beeline mobile network operator, completely passed to group of the Russian top managers, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". The Russian side specified that within the transaction more than 96% of all of bonds by VEON to Russian Federation, without possibility of the return repayment were acquired.
