Prosecutor's office in a judicial order achieved restoration of the rights of the citizen on an early old-age pension

Prosecutor's office districts according to the address of the inhabitant Chukotka Autonomous District carried out an inspection of execution by regional Office SOCIAL FOUNDATION RUSSIA, SFR requirements of the pension legislation. It is established that the Office of Fund refused to the applicant establishment of an early insurance old-age pension because of absence of the data confirming special length of service, defined by the legislator.
