At the end of September mother having many children from the Pomor village Nyukhcha Popova Svetlana posted online the petition under the heading "Nyukhchu and Virandozero Threw on a Survival". The woman tried to pay thus attention of the republican and federal authorities to a situation in two remote settlements of the Belomorsky municipal district which could remain without the medical care.
