New "the theory of all" will help to find life on other planets

The physics helps us to understand how the Universe is arranged, but in it there are some gaps. One of them — evolution. As well as the majority of other sciences, evolution has to answer the physical theory, however the last still could not predict emergence of evolution, and also culture emergence.
