Criminal case about a bribe Beluga Leonid in Petrozavodsk go to court

As reports the Socklet of Republic of Karelia, Beluga Leonid is accused of bribery to the former chairman of Petrozavodsk City council Gennady Pavlovich Bodnarchuk (h. 5 Art. 291 of the criminal code of Russian Federation). By consequence it is established that from 2016 to 2020 Beluga Leonid, being the director the construction companies, representing interests of the organization – the builder of an apartment house in Petrozavodsk, wishing to receive freely in Administration of the urban district of Petrozavodsk permissions to construction, transferred a bribe to Gennady Pavlovich Bodnarchuk, to time holding on that period a position of the chairman Petrosovet, in the form of granting a discount to it at acquisition of three...
