Remains of the soldiers who have fallen in the Second World War of People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs reburied to Tver Region

Employees and the military personnel ROSGVARDIYA participated in a ceremony of a reburial of remains of soldiers of People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs which were lost during fights at the Lake Seliger in days of the Great Patriotic War. Actions took place to Tver Region in the Ostashkovsky city district. Remains of 62 fighters were lifted and identified during search works in this region. It was established that the lost soldiers of the 249th shooting division of People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs which was created in Zagorsk situated near Moscow are found, and worked in a mezhozerye zone – Seliger – the Whitefish.
