GARAGE COOPERATIVE "MAKSIMA" got the system integrator of LLC "Dzhi-Em-Si-es Vereks", developed a platform for automation of business processes of "Vereks". Participants of the market estimate an amount of transaction at 1-1,5 billion rubles GARAGE COOPERATIVE "MAKSIMA" bought LLC "Dzhi-Em-Si-es Vereks" Group of companies to Maksima (Group) reported about acquisition of the system integrator of LLC "Dzhi-Em-Si-es Vereks". The amount of transaction is not disclosed. The share in LLC "Dzhi-Em-Si-es Vereks" became object of acquisition of 60%.
